Monday: After a week of revival preparations and the weekend revival, we were tired. Took the day to rest and try to get the house back into some semblance of order. Also, started the 21 Day's of Sacrifice which throws the whole house out of whack, but doing anything for God is always an effort. Finally, figured out the official name of our Spanish church.
Tuesday: School as usual. Working on Pre-Algebra concepts with Ricky taxes my brain, but enjoying doing problems I have not done since 8th grade. The boy's had haircuts, too. Also, Rios de Aqua Viva cell group here. The house had to be straightened, again, and food cooked. Served spaghetti and meat sauce this week.
Wednesday: Kamryn sick with cold and virus symptoms. Called Dr. M. and he told me to take her off her formula until the cold seemed better. Also, had to start humidifier at night and suction the stuff in her nose. Hard day and not much in school accomplished. Church that night, but only the kids and Toby went.
Thursday: Kamryn was much better, and we got all school work caught up. The lady that helps me clean the house came and made our upstairs shine. Love Thursday's for this reason.
Friday: The day started out normally and we got school work finished by noon. Love when they get busy, especially on Friday's, and we can have the afternoon to do what we want. Kamryn had no cold symptoms or virus symptoms that morning, so I put her back on the formula as instructed by Dr. M. Friday evening we met Toby's parents for dinner and during the dinner Kamryn started the vomiting again. Also, by the time we went to bed her cold symptoms were back. No more milk, until we can see the doctor on Monday. She has had nothing but juice and pedialite Saturday morning and no throwing up. I think it is another intolerance to soy formula.
That is our week in a nut shell. I will try to post another review next Friday that includes more homeschool activities.
