We have been reading Story of the World for history and this week was on Australia and New Zealand. The kids loved the story of the Aborigine clan and their search for food. One of the activies was to make Moth Mix which is supposed to simulate traditional Aborigine food. We popped the popcorn and added nuts and honey. They loved it! They even saved some for Toby and he really enjoyed it, too. Ricky said it tasted like caramel popcorn!

This Week on the Homeschool Front
This week went by very quickly! We actually were able to get quite a bit covered and I was very happy about that!!!! Some weeks we get only the minimum done and I love it when the "BIG" plan comes together.
