On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, Toby was finally able to meet for the 1st time his 1st cousin Charles Edward Brazzell, Jr and his wife Sallie. It was quite an exciting evening and Toby was thrilled to finally get to meet a man that he has been talking to by phone for sometime! Charles and Sally live in South TX and met us in Houston. We are so happy to have had the privilege to meet and get to know them! We are looking for many more times together!!!!
